AM- was sick/tired/lazy and skipped the morning run today. Will get something in later. 

PM- Went to do 12x400 @ 5k pace with a minute rest and wound up bagging it after 4 at 1:19. A little sick and not a lot of sleep and just poor effort all around. The 400's were very relaxed and I may have run the workouts last week a little hard so maybe backing off a little bit would be good.

Haven't felt at all like running this week. I've had a cold for like a week and haven't been able to shake it and haven't been getting enough sleep either. Hopefully a day off will help.
