Raced a 4x800 with/against the rest of the team
We were supposed to run 1:41 high (2:15 pace) through 600 then kick the last 200
Splits were around 35, 37, 37, and then around 29.high or 30.low for 2:19. Was probably on track for a 27-28 for the first 100 of the last lap, but the turns on the indoor track are tough and I kind of blew up a little bit.
